St. Lawrence Health Patient Portals

IT IS YOUR CARE, AT YOUR FINGERTIPS. BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER YOUR VISIT.

MyCare is the new St. Lawrence Health patient portal that is rolling out on April 30, 2022 through Rochester Regional Health. It allows you to manage important health information, and is an easy-to-use patient platform with 24/7 access online or through our mobile app. You are able to:  

  • Access your patient information from visits to any St. Lawrence Health office or hospital in one convenient portal, including test results
  • Request prescription renewals
  • Message your provider’s office
  • Pay your St. Lawrence Health bills for services on or after April 30, 2022

It is important to note that as of Friday, April 29, you will no longer be able to request prescription renewals or send your provider messages through your current St. Lawrence Health medical portals, which include Healow for CPH, CPMP, GH, MH; Hixny For You; and My Health Portal. You will still be able to view your past records in these medical portals; however, these past records will not migrate to the MyCare system.

Important: As you transition to the new portal:

  • Until you have a completed office visit in the new system OR you have a scheduled appointment with the provider within the next six months in the new system, you will not see your provider listed for messaging.
  • For prescription renewals, please call your provider’s office. Until the medication has been ordered in the new system, you will be unable to request a prescription renewal through MyCare.

Healow, Hixny, and Health Portals

Information for each of the current patient portals is listed below. HIXNY For You pertains to Canton-Potsdam, and Gouverneur hospitals' Emergency, and in-hospital patient visits; Health Portal is for Massena Hospital Emergency, and in-hospital patient visits; Healow is for Canton-Potsdam, Gouverneur, and some Massena clinic patient visits. 

"HIXNY FOR YOU" PATIENT PORTAL

Upon registering at the hospital, you may ask your patient representative to sign you up for secure online access to the HIXNY For You Patient Portal. Then, follow this link https://patient.hixny.com/portal/index.html#/home for access to available inpatient or Emergency Department (ED) visit records, laboratory results, and imaging results; you will be prompted to enter the unique log-in ID you received upon registration.

If you are not scheduled for a test or procedure, please call the Medical Records department at (315) 261-6447 to enroll; you will need to provide ID verification to ensure the protection of your private medical records. 

Your individual health information is accessible via the Hixny For You Patient Portal. It can additionally be made available using an application of the your choosing upon request, provided the application is or can be configured to meet the technical specifications of the Hixny For You API (Application Programming Interface). For more information, please visit https://www.hixny.org/hixny-for-you-api/ and/or contact our Technical Help Desk at (315) 261-5225

"HEALTH PORTAL" FOR MH PATIENTS

The Health Portal provides online access to portions of health information for Massena Hospital patients, such as lab work, radiology reports, and health summary. To self-enroll, you will need your Massena Hospital Medical Record number, and email address registered with the Hospital. "HEALOW PATIENT PORTAL" FOR CPH, GH, AND MH*

The Healow Clinic Patient Portal provides access to Canton-Potsdam HospitalGouverneur Hospital, and some Massena Hospital patient information, such as history, lab results, and important provider/patient communications for all outpatient clinic visits.

To access your Clinic Patient Portal information, you must first create an account through your current provider’s office. Once your account is created, you may access your account by selecting your specific provider from the list below. You will then be taken to the portal page where you can log in to review your personal information.

*Please note: if you were a patient of Dr. Luis Canales or NP Linda Letham prior to 9/14/20, your patient information up to that date remains on the Canton-Potsdam Medical Practice Healow portal; visits following that date are on the Massena Hospital Healow portal.

Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Gouverneur Hospital, and Massena Hospital comply with all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations regarding the handling of private health information. Records will be released in accordance with these statutes and regulations.
