Applicants must:
- Be 17 years or older
- Have a high school or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Score Basic (50) or higher on the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) entrance exam
- Provide two current, professional references
- Submit a thoughtful, 500-word essay on why you want to be a nurse
