Newly constructed in 2019, the Leroy Outpatient Center is located on Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s main campus. Our knowledgeable providers are here to help you access the primary and specialty care you need, all on an outpatient basis.

If you have an appointment scheduled with an office at the Leroy Outpatient Center, please report directly to the first floor of the building; there is no need to report to the hospital.
